Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas (on foot, vehicle, or both) to deter wrongdoing.
Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV/video) and report suspicious activity.
Control access: check IDs, issue visitor badges, manage entry/exit logs.
Respond to incidents: alarms, trespassing, theft attempts, disturbances, medical emergencies (within scope).
Write incident reports and maintain accurate logs (shift reports, times, events).
Enforce policies (no loitering, restricted areas, parking rules if assigned).
Coordinate with supervisors and call authorities when needed.
Provide customer service (guidance, directions, assisting staff/visitors).
