Key responsibilities:
Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care.
Mobility assistance: transfers, walking support, use of assistive devices, fall prevention.
Meal planning and preparation in accordance with dietary needs.
Feeding assistance when needed and monitoring intake.
Medication reminders and documenting medication adherence (administering meds only if trained/authorized).
Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying, changing bed linens.
Transportation and errands: medical appointments, grocery shopping.
