Key Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms (bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas).
Making beds and changing linens/sheets.
Replacing used towels and restocking bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, toiletries, etc.).
Vacuuming carpets, sweeping/mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash, restocking minibar items, coffee/tea supplies, or other guest amenities.
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces.
Stocking and organizing the housekeeping cart.
Reporting maintenance issues, damage, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items.
