Key Responsibilities
Content strategy & planning — develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand voice
Content creation — write copy, coordinate or produce graphics/video/photos, sometimes edit content directly
Scheduling & publishing — post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native schedulers
Community management — respond to comments, DMs, mentions; engage with followers and other accounts
Analytics & reporting — track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, conversions), report performance, adjust strategy.
