Core Responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients (including allergen info)
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar staff
Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and handle requests
Process payments, split checks, and handle cash/card transactions
Set up and clear tables; reset for next guests
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Upsell menu items (specials, desserts, drinks) when appropriate.
