Core Responsibilities:
Receiving & inspecting — Unloading deliveries, checking shipments against purchase orders/packing slips, and reporting damaged or missing items
Picking & packing — Pulling items from shelves based on order lists and packing them for shipment
Inventory management — Stocking shelves, restocking bins, counting stock, and updating inventory systems (often via barcode scanners or WMS software)
Shipping — Labeling, wrapping, and loading outgoing orders onto trucks
Organization — Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and labeled correctly for efficient retrieval.
