Cleaning and sanitizing assigned guest cabins/staterooms and bathrooms (often twice daily), including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, and replenishing linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.
Maintaining corridors, lockers, pantries, and surrounding areas in the assigned section (often 15–30+ cabins depending on the ship and role).
Greeting and escorting guests to cabins on embarkation day, assisting with luggage, and explaining cabin features.
