Cleaning and servicing guest cabins/staterooms daily (bed-making, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting)
Restocking amenities (towels, toiletries, linens, minibar items in some cases)
Turndown service in the evenings (preparing the room for the night, sometimes with small touches like towel art or chocolates)
Reporting maintenance issues or damages to supervisors
Handling special guest requests (extra pillows, hypoallergenic bedding, etc.)
Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards (especially important onboard given close quarters)
