Core Responsibilities:
Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, holes, and pits
Load and unload trucks with soil, rock, or debris
Grade and level land according to site plans
Demolish structures or clear land
Perform trenching for utility lines (water, sewer, electrical, etc.)
Read blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans to guide digging depth and direction
Conduct pre-operation inspections (fluid levels, hydraulics, tracks, attachments)
Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues.
