Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support
Basic nursing support: help with care plans as directed (e.g., monitoring basic needs, reporting symptoms/changes)
Nutrition & hydration: assist with meals, encourage fluids, support special diets (within training/role scope)
Vitals & observations (basic): take and record observations as required by policy (e.g., temperature, pulse, BP—where permitted)
Comfort & safety: help prevent falls, maintain clean and safe environments, support safe transfers using correct techniques.
