Plumber

Read blueprints and building specifications to plan pipe layouts.
Install and connect pipes, faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters, boilers, and gas lines.
Locate and repair leaks, clogs, and other malfunctions using hand and power tools, snakes, video inspection cameras.
Replace worn fixtures, valves, and components; solder, thread, or weld pipe as required.
Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and safe operation; adjust or repair as needed.
Ensure installations comply with local plumbing and building codes.
Provide cost estimates, prepare work orders, and keep records of materials and time.
Respond to emergency calls (broken pipes, sewer backups, gas leaks).
