Production Assistant

Preparing, distributing, and managing daily call sheets, scripts, sides, schedules, and production reports.
Running errands (supplies, equipment, meals, deliveries) and providing transportation for talent or crew (a valid driver’s license is often required).
Setting up and breaking down sets, moving equipment/props, and maintaining cleanliness/organization on set or in the office.
Facilitating communication (often via walkie-talkie) between departments, cast, and crew; relaying instructions from directors/producers.
Coordinating talent, extras, and background actors; escorting people; and helping with “lockdown” (securing the set from interruptions).
