Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery/equipment (starting, adjusting, and watching for issues).
Feeding raw materials or components into machines.
Assembling parts or products by hand or with power tools (e.g., soldering, drilling, welding, attaching).
Inspecting products for defects, performing basic quality checks, and removing faulty items.
Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipping or storage.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
Reporting equipment problems, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
