Install, inspect, and repair pumps, motors, seals, bearings, valves, and piping systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools (vibration analysis, pressure gauges, multimeters)
Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, alignment, seal replacement, impeller checks)
Disassemble and reassemble pumps for overhaul or rebuild
Read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Test pumps for performance (flow rate, pressure, efficiency) after repair
Order and manage replacement parts and inventory
Maintain service logs, repair records, and compliance documentation.
