Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, glassware, trays, and kitchen equipment using dishwasher machines and/or by hand.
Load and operate commercial dishwashing equipment according to manufacturer and health-code instructions.
Pre-rinse and scrape food, stack and transport soiled dishes to the dishwashing area.
Hand-wash delicate items that cannot go through the machine.
Sort, dry, and store clean items in correct locations.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area: floors, drains, sinks, counters, and waste/recycling stations.
Empty trash and recycling; take out waste following facility rules.
