Key responsibilities / duties

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, stairs, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, polish floors; strip/wax or shampoo carpets as scheduled.
Empty trash and recycling bins; transport waste to disposal areas.
Clean windows, glass doors, and interior surfaces.
Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
Maintain custodial closet stock and request replenishment.
Perform minor maintenance tasks (replace light bulbs, change filters, unclog drains) or report issues to maintenance.
Set up, break down, and clean after events (chairs, tables, trash collection).
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists; document completed tasks.
