Core Responsibilities
Installation – Set up new pumps, motors, and associated piping/electrical systems according to specifications.
Preventive Maintenance – Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, alignment checks, and part replacements to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnostics & Repair – Identify causes of pump failure (leaks, cavitation, seal wear, bearing failure, motor issues) using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot accordingly.
Component Replacement – Replace worn parts such as seals, bearings, impellers, gaskets, valves, and motors.
Testing – Run performance tests (flow rate, pressure, vibration analysis) to confirm proper operation after repairs or installation.
