Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
Check in with tables to ensure satisfaction, and address any issues quickly
Process payments and handle the bill accurately
Set up and clear tables, reset for the next guests
Upsell specials, desserts, or drinks when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow food safety/hygiene standards
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to manage order timing.
