Primary responsibilities:

Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate meeting rooms and video conferencing.
Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and mail; draft routine correspondence.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Greet visitors and coordinate travel and expense reports.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical), update contact lists and databases.
Order office supplies, manage vendor relationships and maintain office equipment.
Support onboarding logistics for new hires (equipment, accounts, orientation scheduling).
Assist with simple bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, reconciliations) and prepare basic reports.

Required qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent,  Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
