Beverage Production Operator

Operates and maintains beverage production equipment to produce safe, high-quality beverages (soft drinks, bottled water, juices, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages). Follows standard operating procedures, maintains hygiene and safety, monitors product quality, records production data, and supports continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Operate production lines: start-up, run, and shut down filling, blending, carbonation, pasteurization, CIP (clean-in-place), bottling/canning, and packaging equipment.
Monitor process parameters (flow, temperature, pressure, fill levels, CO2) and adjust controls to meet specifications.
Perform routine quality checks (weight, fill level, seal integrity, sensory checks, sample testing) and record results.
Conduct sanitation and cleaning (CIP, washdowns), follow GMPs and HACCP plans.
Inspect, pack, label, and palletize finished product; ensure accurate case coding and traceability.

Required qualifications & skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
Ability to read/understand SOPs, gauges, and basic process documentation.
Basic math skills and ability to use scales/measuring devices.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required, attention to detail and quality-focused.
Strong safety mindset and compliance orientation.
Good teamwork and communication.
