Beverage Production Operator

Job Details

Operates and monitors equipment used to produce drinks such as soda, juice, bottled water, tea/coffee beverages, energy drinks, beer/soft drinks (depending on the facility), and similar products,  focuses on safe, consistent, and efficient production, while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production lines (filling, capping, labelling, carbonation/blending, pasteurization/sterilization if applicable).

Monitor equipment performance (pressure, temperature, speed, flow rates, gauges, alarms).

Record production and quality data in logs or systems (batch records, downtime logs, QC checks).

Support quality assurance by collecting or handling samples, verifying specs, and handling nonconformances.

Maintain inventory coordination for raw materials and packaging (as directed).

Requirements includes, High school diploma or equivalent, ability to read work instructions/SOPs and interpret simple process controls, good documentation skills (accurate recordkeeping), and  teamwork and communication.
