Key Duties and Responsibilities
Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery or equipment according to procedures.
Assembling products or components by hand or with tools (soldering, drilling, welding, attaching parts).
Feeding raw materials into machines and unloading finished items.
Performing quality control checks—inspecting for defects, measuring parts, and removing faulty items.
Sorting, labeling, packing, and preparing goods for shipping or storage.
Monitoring the production line for issues (jams, pile-ups, malfunctions) and reporting or performing basic troubleshooting.
