Food Service Manager

Job Description includes,  oversees the daily operations of restaurants, cafeterias, catering companies, or other food service establishments, ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served according to standards, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs, also assigning duties and supervising employee performance and handling disciplinary issues and conflict resolution.

Requirements such as, High school diploma minimum or equivalent, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ability to hire, train, schedule, and manage a team, clear direction to staff, handling customer complaints and budgeting and  cost control.
