Manage lab operations: coordinate daily workflows, schedules, staffing coverage, and priorities.
Quality & compliance: ensure work follows SOPs, safety regulations, and applicable standards
Health, safety & risk management: enforce lab safety practices (PPE, chemical handling, waste disposal), manage safety audits, and incident reporting.
Equipment & inventory management:oversee maintenance and calibration plans
manage inventory levels of reagents/consumables
handle vendor coordination and ordering
Required Skills & Qualifications includes: High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and scientific/technical workflows
Quality management systems (documentation, audits, SOP control)
Excellent safety leadership and regulatory awareness
Proficiency with lab information tools (LIMS/ELN may be required)
Data analysis fundamentals and report writing
