Operate laundry equipment (washers, dryers, extractors, irons/presses, folders) safely and correctly.
Pre-treat stains using appropriate chemicals and methods.
Measure and use detergents/chemicals according to manufacturer and safety guidelines.
Dry, fold, press, and package items as required (e.g., towels, sheets, uniforms).
Maintain laundry workflow to meet daily turnaround times.
Handle linen/uniform distribution to housekeeping or departments.
Perform basic laundry room maintenance, such as cleaning lint traps, emptying bins, and wiping machines.
