Security Officer

Key responsibilities:

Enforce site rules, check credentials and control access for visitors, contractors, and employees.
Detect, deter and respond to suspicious activity, theft, vandalism and safety hazards.
Respond to alarms, medical incidents and emergencies; provide first aid/CPR until emergency services arrive.
Write clear, timely incident reports and maintain accurate logs (shift handovers).
Conduct regular security checks (doors, windows, gates) and report maintenance/safety issues.
Escort personnel or high-value assets when required.
Support investigations and cooperate with law enforcement.
Deliver customer-service oriented interactions—assist visitors and staff professionally.
