Key responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and design of concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and/or composite structures.
Prepare calculations, design reports, and code compliance checks (AISC, ACI, Eurocode, BS, IS, or local codes).
Produce, review and issue structural drawings and specifications (layouts, details, schedules).
Model structures using structural analysis software and perform load/path and stability checks.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical engineers, and contractors.
Perform constructability reviews, shop drawing reviews and respond to RFIs.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and construction monitoring; create field reports.
Support cost estimation, value engineering, and tendering activities.
