Core responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare shipping paperwork and stage outgoing shipments.
Cycle count and perform periodic inventory audits; report discrepancies.
Operate material-handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; follow FIFO/LIFO procedures as required.
Report damaged goods, safety hazards, and process issues to supervisors.
Assist with returns processing and basic light assembly or kitting when needed.
Essential qualifications such: High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior warehouse, distribution, or retail stock experience (0–2 years for entry roles).
Ability to read labels, pick lists, and basic digital interfaces (WMS/tablet).
Comfortable performing physical tasks: lifting, bending, standing for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
