Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, beer, wine, mixed drinks)
Take customer orders at the bar and sometimes for table service
Check IDs to verify customers are of legal drinking age
Handle cash and card transactions, operate the POS system
Maintain inventory — track stock levels, restock supplies, order liquor/mixers when needed
Keep the bar area clean and sanitized (glassware, surfaces, equipment)
Follow recipes and portion standards to keep drinks consistent
Monitor customers’ alcohol consumption and refuse service responsibly when needed.
