Core Responsibilities:
Inspecting equipment for wear, misalignment, or malfunction
Performing preventive maintenance on schedule (lubrication, part replacement, calibration)
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic/pneumatic faults
Disassembling and reassembling machinery to replace or repair parts
Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Welding, cutting, and fabricating replacement parts when needed
Testing machinery after repairs to confirm proper function
Keeping maintenance logs and reporting recurring issues.
