Core Responsibilities:
Performing planned/preventive maintenance on generators, switchgear, transformers, motor control centers (MCCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), UPS systems, battery banks, and related equipment.
Troubleshooting and repairing power system faults, equipment trips, motors, lighting, control systems, and protective relays across low-voltage (LV, e.g., 400–690 V) and high-voltage (HV, e.g., 6.6–11 kV) systems.
Executing safe isolations/restorations using lockout/tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work systems, and test-before-touch procedures.
Maintaining hazardous-area (Ex/ATEX/CompEx) electrical equipment such as flameproof, increased-safety, and intrinsically safe apparatus (lighting, junction boxes, motors, glands).
