Bakery Worker

Core Duties

Mix, measure, and prepare ingredients for bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment
Shape, cut, and decorate baked items
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency
Package, label, and display finished products
Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and storage areas
Rotate stock and check ingredient freshness/expiration dates
Follow recipes and standardized procedures for consistent results.
