Construction Labourer

Core Responsibilities:

Loading, unloading, and moving building materials, tools, and equipment
Digging trenches, backfilling, and compacting earth
Setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
Mixing and pouring concrete, mortar, or asphalt
Operating basic power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers, compactors)
Assisting tradespeople with measuring, cutting, and installing materials
Cleaning and clearing debris, keeping the site tidy and hazard-free
Directing traffic or controlling site access in some roles.
