Dishwasher

Core Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing machines
Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Pre-rinse and scrape food scraps off dishes before washing
Keep the dishwashing station, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized
Empty trash and take out garbage/recycling regularly
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, especially in the dish pit area
Restock kitchen stations with clean dishes, glasses, and utensils as needed.
