Core Responsibilities:
Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on machines (conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, gearboxes)
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic failures
Repair or replace worn/broken parts (bearings, belts, seals, gears)
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Install new equipment and calibrate machinery
Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed
Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers) for alignment and tolerance checks
Complete maintenance logs and work orders.
