Core Responsibilities:
Food prep: Washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
Dishwashing: Cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and dishes (by hand or using a dishwasher)
Kitchen cleaning: Sanitizing counters, floors, equipment, and storage areas
Stocking: Receiving deliveries, storing ingredients properly, rotating stock
Assisting cooks: Fetching ingredients, basic assembly tasks, plating support
Trash and waste management: Emptying bins, disposing of food waste properly.
