Oversee daily lab activities and workflows
Ensure work is completed within required turnaround times
Ensure quality and compliance

Review and approve documentation (test records, batch records, protocols)
Quality control & equipment management
Ensure calibration, maintenance, and performance verification schedules are followed
Troubleshoot lab process issues and support corrective actions.
