Key Responsibilities:
Personal care: helping patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Vital signs monitoring: taking temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and recording them accurately
Feeding and nutrition support: assisting patients who can’t eat independently, monitoring fluid/food intake
Mobility assistance: helping patients move, transfer (bed to chair), or walk; using mobility aids safely
Hygiene and infection control: maintaining cleanliness of patient areas, following infection prevention protocols
Basic clinical tasks: wound dressing changes (under supervision), specimen collection, ECG recording.
