Key Responsibilities
Setting up, starting, operating, monitoring, and shutting down packaging machinery (fillers, sealers, labelers, cartoners, case packers, shrink wrappers, etc.).
Loading packaging materials (bags, bottles, boxes, film, labels) and products into machines.
Adjusting machine settings (speed, flow, temperature, fill levels) for different products or formats and performing changeovers.
Inspecting products and packages for quality (defects, seal integrity, correct labeling/coding, weight/count accuracy) and removing rejects.
Performing basic troubleshooting (clearing jams, minor adjustments) and routine/preventive maintenance or sanitation.
