Core responsibilities:
Inspect, install and commission new pumps, motors, drive systems, and piping.
Perform planned preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance tasks (vibration, alignment, oil analysis).
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults (bearings, seals, couplings, impellers, starters, VFDs).
Disassemble, rebuild, align and test pump units and rotating equipment.
Perform field balancing, shaft alignment, pressure and flow testing, and leak remediation.
Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Calibrate, program, and troubleshoot control systems and VFDs for pump operation.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventory records.
