Meet with clients to understand needs, budget, and site constraints
Develop design concepts and preliminary drawings
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
Visit construction sites to monitor progress and resolve issues.
