Architect

Primary Responsibilities:

Design & Planning: Develop building designs, concepts, and blueprints according to client needs and site requirements.
Project Management: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, including overseeing construction to ensure design intent is met.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, standards, and regulations.
Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, reports, and construction documents using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss needs, budgets, and site options, providing guidance on feasibility.
