Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules/timetables.

Monitoring progress, quality, costs, and reporting to clients or firm leadership.
Responding to delays, emergencies, changes, or problems on site.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and legal requirements.
Managing materials, equipment, logistics, and site operations.
