Cabin cleaning & servicing: Making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, restocking amenities (towels, toiletries, coffee/tea)
Turnaround service: Deep-cleaning cabins between cruises when passengers disembark and new ones board (often just a few hours)
Daily servicing: Typically twice-daily service — morning cleaning and evening turndown service (folding towels into animal shapes, setting out chocolates, closing curtains)
Guest requests: Handling special requests — extra pillows, ice, laundry pickup, minor maintenance reports.
