Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect machinery to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or related faults using diagnostic tools and tests.
Perform preventive/routine maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, calibrating, and replacing filters or worn parts.
Disassemble equipment, repair or replace defective components (bearings, gears, pumps, belts, etc.), and reassemble/test it.
Install, align, and commission new machinery according to specifications and safety standards.
Move, dismantle, or relocate equipment when needed.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance history, and parts inventory.
Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory standards; respond to emergency breakdowns.
