Primary Responsibilities
Operate packaging equipment (fillers, sealers, labelers, cartoners, blister packers, case sealers, shrink banders, box formers).
Set up, adjust, and change over machinery for different products, sizes, or runs.
Inspect packaging materials (containers, caps, labels, boxes) and finished products for quality, defects, correct weight/count, seals, and labeling (lot codes, expiration dates).
Perform line clearances, cleaning, and sanitization according to GMP, cGMP, or company procedures.
Conduct routine or preventative maintenance, clear jams, and perform minor troubleshooting.
Pack, stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment; handle materials with pallet jacks or similar equipment.
