Analyzing production data (KPIs, SPC, yields, OEE) to identify bottlenecks and trends.
Developing and implementing process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis such as 5 Whys or fishbone diagrams) to increase throughput, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Creating, updating, and maintaining process specifications, work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supporting production planning/scheduling, resource allocation (people, materials, equipment), and budgets.
Selecting, laying out, installing, or modifying manufacturing equipment and tooling.
