Security Officer

Monitor CCTV/surveillance systems and alarm panels
Control access — checking IDs, screening visitors, managing entry/exit logs
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies (fire, medical, security breaches)
Write incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
Enforce site rules, policies, and safety regulations
Coordinate with local police, fire department, or emergency services when needed
Conduct security checks on doors, windows, and equipment to ensure they’re secure
Provide customer service (giving directions, answering questions from staff/visitors)
