Key Responsibilities:
Plan and sequence classes tailored to different skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and special needs (e.g., prenatal, seniors, injuries).
Demonstrate poses, provide clear verbal cues, offer modifications or alternatives, and give hands-on adjustments (with consent) for proper alignment and safety.
Incorporate breathing exercises, meditation, and basic philosophy.
Monitor students for form and safety to prevent injury.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and focused environment (music, lighting, atmosphere).
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, student communication, attendance, and sometimes payments or studio support.
