Bartender

Greeting customers, offering menus or specials, taking drink (and sometimes food) orders, and making recommendations.
Mixing cocktails according to recipes or customer requests, pouring beer/wine, and garnishing drinks.
Checking IDs to verify legal drinking age and monitoring intoxication levels (refusing service or arranging transport when needed to limit liability).
Processing payments, handling cash/POS systems, and managing tabs.
Keeping the bar, glassware, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
Restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, and supplies; managing inventory during service.
